The purpose of this page is to assist cadet residents with maintenance and repairs. Maintenance Requests can be submitted here.
INTERNET, CABLE TELEVISION AND TELEPHONE
For Internet, cable and telephone problems including wiring, contact Help Desk Central at (979) 845-8300.
ELECTRICAL OUTLET PROBLEM
Please complete a Corps Maintenance Request or call Corps Maintenance (during business hours; 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday- 845 7215 or come by Lounge E).
Please complete a Corps Maintenance Request for light repair/replacement. Do not remove your light bulb and do not take it to Lounge A.
BROKEN CLOSET HOOK OR MONSTER HOOK
Please complete a Corps Maintenance Request to get a replacement hook. Monster hooks are not allowed to be placed anywhere other than next to the "monster" mirror and inside of the closets. Placing a monster hook in the door, the jambs or in the furniture is strictly prohibited.
The air filters in each dorm room are designed to last at least four months and are changed quarterly. These filters would have been changed prior to your arrival in the fall semester. If you feel you need a replacement air filter, please submit a Corps Maintenance Request. Do not remove your filter and do not take it to Lounge E.
If your blinds are damaged or have malfunctioned, please complete a Corps Maintenance Request.
